About Us

Owner/Operator

Hello! My name is Elaena. Since childhood my life has revolved around water. It’s always been where I find joy. I was a high school lifeguard, and captain of my Girl’s Swim Team. When I went to college, I imagined myself doing other things but soon after I graduated the pool called me back home. In the decades since that time, I have coached high school level swim teams, managed various pools and waterparks, and worked within the Recreation field.

I am excited to be taking this next step toward my dreams - owning and operating a private swim school. It is my mission to elevate aquatics within South Central Wisconsin and help others discover joy in water.

Hello! My name is Maddie Rotzoll and I've been involved with aquatics for almost ten years between teaching swim lessons to teaching lifeguarding courses.  Water safety has always been super important to me. I participated in swim lessons from very early on in my life to managing different local pools. I love teaching swim lessons, especially to the younger kids. I've been able to see a lot of kids conquer their fear of the water after just a few lessons. I look forward to meeting new students and sharing my love of swimming with others.

Hello! My name is Vicki King and I am excited to be working at Streamline Swim Academy. It has given me great pleasure to work in the aquatics field for so many years, watching both young and old achieve their swimming goals. I started teaching swim lessons while in high school and have continued to teach part-time or full-time for the last 40+ years (yup, I’m old…but not in spirit!) I have worked with children as young as 3 months, and those young at heart at 100 years old. I went to college, taught high school history, and changed careers to work as an Aquatics Director. I have had the joy of teaching lessons in various communities and at various YMCAs over my career. I also worked as the AD for the British Swim School in AZ. All of these teaching opportunities gave me new knowledge and training to be able to work with every age level of swimmer. I also received extensive training to work with our Special Needs population, am a credentialed Adapted Aquatics Instructor and Trainer, and have worked with various Special Olympic swim teams. I even had the pleasure of working with Samantha Tubbs, a Para-Olympian for the US Swim Team, when she was just starting her career with the Olympics. She qualified for the Rio Paralympics and had been part of the team for a few years. Learning to swim should be as important as wearing your seatbelt. It is a skills that can save your life, save your child’s life and offer a lifetime of excellent, low impact exercise. There are so many reasons to learn to swim, and a ton of benefits! I look forward to continue working to help everyone reach their swimming goals!

Swim Instructor

Hello! My name is Sydney. I have been a swim instructor for five years. Growing up, I loved to swim and thrived in the water. I started with lessons as a toddler. I then competed in my hometown summer swim team in elementary school. In middle school, I participated in a club swim team in Stoughton. Lastly, I swam in my high school swim team until my junior year. Having such a positive experience in teaching swim lessons has led me to pursue my degree in Elementary Education. My favorite strokes are front crawl and breaststroke, and I love to perform various side dives.

Swim Instructor

My name is Katie Schwartz. When I was younger I took swim lessons. Right now I have been swimming competitively for about 8 years. My favorite events are breaststroke, and the IM's. I started teaching swim lessons two summers ago and have loved it ever since. I love watching the kids improve every lesson and watching them give their whole heart and soul into what they are doing. I am excited to see more improvement in the students.
